Refund policy

Orders are delivered within 3–6 business days.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
A delivery fee of Rs. 199 applies to all exchange requests.
Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are processed within 4–6 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
